Spooky Halloween Cocktail Recipes!!

In honor of Halloween, we collected 10 ghoulish and great Halloween cocktail recipes  that you can use to scare and impress your friends and make sure all the adults at your Halloween party get mummified!!!

1. Zombie-rita Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 ounces Milagro Tequila

1 ounces of St. Germain
1 1/2 ounces of apple cider or juice
dash of cinnamon
4 slices of apple
3 lemon wedges

Directions:

1. Place 3 apple slices and lemon wedges in bottom of cocktail shaker. Mash with spoon. REALLY MASH!
2. Add dash of cinnamon and rest of ingredients. Top with ice.
3. Shake, strain and pour. Place apple slice on rim.

2. Halloween Sunset Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces tangerine juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 3/4 ounce grenadine
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine juice and rum in a tall glass filled with ice. Top with grenadine. Serve.

3. Zombie Gut Punch (serves 8)

Ingredients:
10 ounces vodka
5 ounces triple sec
2 ounces bitters
1 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice
2 cups black cherry soda
ice
grenadine, for rim

Directions:
1. In a large punch bowl filled with ice, pour vodka, triple sec, bitters, blood orange juice and black cherry soda. Laugh as though you are an evil zombie and stir.

2. Rim each glass with grenadine before filling with punch mixture, and serve. Stagger around menacingly and threaten to eat strangers’ brains.

4. Vampire Kiss Martini

Ingredients:
1 part raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord
1 part vodka, such as Absolut
1 part Champagne, such as Korbel
wax teeth, candy corn, licorice, and/or blood orange slice, for garnish

Directions:
1. Layer raspberry liqueur, vodka, and Champagne in a fluted or martini glass.

2. Garnish with wax teeth, candy corn, licorice, and/or blood orange slice.

5.  Blood Sucker Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi “0”
1/2 oz. cointreau
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 Tbs. strawberry or raspberry puree

Directions:

In a shaker with ice pour rum, cointreau and juice. Shake and pour into a rocks glass. Dip the end of a drinking straw into the puree, hold the tip of your finger over the other end and use the straw to squirt puree into the bottom half-inch of the drink, where it will sink in red blobs. Do not stir.

6. Black Devil Martini

Ingredients:

2 oz. dark rum
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
Black olive

Directions:

Stir and strain into chilled martini glass, rimmed with orange sugar, garnish with olive.

7. Witches’ Brew 

Ingredients:

2 oz. mixed pineapple and cranberry juice
2 oz. 7-Up
1 1/4 oz. shot Malibu Coconut Rum

Directions:

Mix juices and 7-Up in a highball glass. Pour shot down the side of the glass right before drinking.

8. Clinton Kelly’s Creepy Corpse Cosmo

Step 1 Ingredients:

1 Cup red gummy fish
1 Cup water plus more as needed

Directions:
In a saucepot, add 1-cup Swedish fish to boiling water and cook until the fish breakdown to a jelly-like consistency, adding more water as needed. When the jelly has cooled spoon 1 tablespoon into the bottom of a martini glass.

Step 2 Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 Teaspoon lime juice
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice cocktail

Directions:
Make a classic Cosmopolitan by combining the vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry juice cocktail into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass.

9.  Severed Hand Sangria (makes 10 glasses)

Ingredients:

1 Latex glove
Filtered water (enough to fill latex glove)
2 bottles Dry red wine
3 cups Sparkling water
3 cups Freshly squeezed orange juice
3 oz Brandy (or Cointreau)
3 tbsp Brown sugar
2 Fresh oranges, thinly sliced
2 Fresh pink grapefruit, thinly sliced
2 Fresh lemons, thinly sliced
2 Fresh limes, thinly sliced
1 cup natural sour cherries in syrup

Directions:

*The night before the party, fill a few latex gloves with some filtered water, tie them up like you would a balloon and freeze overnight.

In a big punch bowl combine red wine, sparkling water, orange juice, brandy, brown sugar, fruit slices, and sour cherry syrup. Stir and add 1 frozen ice-hand, latex glove removed.

10. Blood Orange Margaritas

Ingredients:

Kosher salt
Crushed ice
cup(s) fresh blood orange juice
2 ounce(s) tequila
1 ounce(s) triple sec or Cointreau
Blood orange wedges (optional), for garnish

Directions:

Moisten rim of 2 margarita glasses and dip in kosher salt. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Add orange juice, tequila, and triple sec. Shake well and strain into glasses. Garnish with orange wedges, if desired.
