In continuing to experiment with the Absolut Cilantro Vodka, I decided to remix the traditional mojito with vodka instead of rum and cilantro instead of mint.  It came out DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:

1.25 oz Absolut Cilantro Vodka

1/4 cup of cilantro leaves

5/6 Sliced lime wedges

1 tsp Sugar

2 oz Ginger ale

Recipe:

First level: Limes

Second level:  Cilantro leaves

Third level:  Sugar

Use a muddler to crush the cilantro, lime, and sugar.

Fourth level:  Add Ice cubes

Fifth level:  Pour Absolut Cilantro Vodka over the ice

Sixth level: Top with ginger ale

Seventh level: Garnish with the lime wedge
